How do I play?
Visit every dot on the board exactly once, drawing one continuous path without lifting off or crossing back. When the last dot lights up, you've solved it. A new puzzle arrives every day.
Is Tendo free?
Yes — the whole game is free, forever. Every daily puzzle is included with no paywall and no ads. Tendo Plus is an entirely optional quality-of-life upgrade; you never need it to play or to compete.
What is Tendo Plus?
Tendo Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds a few quality-of-life perks. It does not change the puzzles, the difficulty, or your ability to compete — the free game is already 100% complete. Plus includes:
- Monthly aesthetic motif — each month's exclusive cosmetic palette, permanently unlocked once it's yours.
- Unlimited practice — removes the internal limits on extra practice sessions.
- 24-hour early access — solve tomorrow's daily puzzle a day early.
There is no "ad removal" perk, because Tendo has no ads of any kind — there's nothing to remove. Plus is purely cosmetic and convenience.
Plus is available as a monthly plan ($1.99 USD/month) or an optional annual plan ($14.99 USD/year) — both grant the exact same Plus benefits. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers (one per Apple ID / Google account). Prices in your local currency are set by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from, so you cancel there:
- iOS / App Store: open Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Tendo Plus → Cancel Subscription.
- Android / Google Play: open the Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tendo Plus → Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep Plus until then. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. (The Streak Shield is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel for it.)
How do I restore purchases?
Got a new device, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside Tendo. The app checks your store account and reactivates any active Plus subscription you already own.
What is a Streak Shield?
A Streak Shield is a one-time consumable ($1.99 USD) that protects your daily streak from a single missed day. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew — you can buy it whether or not you subscribe to Plus, and you can buy another any time.
Which languages does Tendo support?
Tendo is available in English, 日本語 (Japanese), 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), and 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese). The app follows your device language where one of these is set.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no login, and no password. Tendo works straight away using an anonymous device ID stored on your device — so there's nothing to remember and nothing to forget.
How is my data handled?
Tendo keeps it minimal: an anonymous device ID, your country, and your solve scores are sent to our Cloudflare Worker so leaderboards work; purchase history comes from the store; and crash logs (which you can opt out of) are scrubbed of personal information before reaching our crash reporter. There are no ads and no third-party trackers. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
You're in control. Follow the steps on our Delete account & data page to remove the data tied to your device. Note that deleting your data cancels any active subscription, which is then governed by the App Store or Google Play refund rules.
